In our earlier edition we had commented on the quantum leap in orders placed for new equipment by generating companies. Even as the ordering continues unabated, the ability to add capacity on that scale remains unproven.
This is not about ability of equipment suppliers to deliver the equipment, although some scepticism prevails even on that front. Bigger concerns exist on several other associated fronts.
