Central Zone Power Distribution Company would undertake works to upgrade feeders having 33 KV and 11 KV lines and bifurcation of 11 KV and 33 KV feeders in Hoshangabad, Harda and Betul districts. Under this upgradation, a new sub-station of 1.6 MVA capacity would be constructed at Tootadahalwara village in Pipariya Tehsil at a cost of Rs 8.50 lakh. At this sub-station six-kilometre 33 KV lines and eight-kilometre 11 KV lines would be extended at a cost of Rs 6.24 lakh and Rs 5.50 lakh respectively. In Surajpur village of Harda district, another 1.6 MVA capacity sub-station would be set up at a cost of Rs 7.50 lakh while an 11-km long 33 KV line would be extended at a cost of Rs 12 lakh. Similarly, a 20-km 33 KV line would be laid in Timarni in Harda district at a cost of Rs 17 lakh. Another 20-km 33 KV line would be extended in Magardha-Sirali area at a cost of Rs 17 lakh. In Sontalai-Khirkiya area of Harda district, a 20-km 33 KV line would be laid at a cost of Rs 18.71 lakh. Power distribution system upgradation works would also be undertaken in Betul at a cost of Rs 32 lakh.
